In July on the Land Rover Richmond blog we talked about how the 2013 Range Rover Sport competed in the Pikes Peak Challenge.  Ultimately, the SUV set a world record for fastest time up the International Hill Climb course by a production vehicle, something those of us here in Midlothian, Virginia take pride in.

The feat mentioned above now is a focal point in advertising for the all-new 2014 Range Rover Sport, and on television the record setting run is reenacted through spectacular shots.

Television advertisements are just a small part of the new campaign being carried out by Land Rover.  With a cellular and online game, as well as banner ads that can be interacted with, the automaker is reaching out in all directions.  Clicking on ads such as the ones on the mobile site for The New York Times will cue videos and the ability to customize a Range Rover Sport.

In addition, ESPN.com will have advertisements that give people the opportunity to steer one of the new SUV's through a picturesque landscape.

The advertising campaign is the biggest ever for Land Rover, and spans all facets from print to digital.  The unique experience it gives the consumer allows the British automaker to show off all aspects of their new sport SUV in both real life and virtual reality.

We are excited to welcome the Range Rover Sport into our inventory of new Land Rover Vehicles here serving the Tuckahoe, Virginia region.  Located conveniently off the Midlothian Turnpike, our dealership is here to answer any questions you may have regarding one of our awesome SUV's, so don't hesitate to stop by.
